Honestly, most small business owners have enough problems configuring Outlook Express. Have them launch the Notes Administrator client and their eyes go blank.
And why should they figure it out? They have enough work chasing customers and ensuring work gets done properly on time.
Not that Notes is much worse then anything else - just a general failure of IT. Check out "The Inmates are running the Asylum" for more.
